Introducing Pressurized Plenums

As part of our ongoing effort to better serve the needs of clean room environments, we now offer customized, pressurized fan plenums with our ceiling systems. Ideal for semiconductor manufacturing, laboratories and other clean room applications, these custom plenums feature HEPA laminar arrays that can be free standing or hung above the process areas.

Our team factory-wires each plenum for power and controls, using energy-efficient EC fans that support BACnet or Modbus communication options. The use of multiple fans allows for redundancy to assure uptime of clean room spaces, while producing low noise levels to meet sound requirements.

Our pressurized plenums arrive with the integral ceiling grid attached for ease of installation. The ceiling is walkable, allowing for maintenance of fans from either above or below. We customize each plenum to meet the specific needs of your cleanroom space, including insulated options when required.
