We Provide Custom Clean Air Solutions For This Critical Industry
Your healthcare facility can’t afford anything less than the highest standards for your environment. Direct-contact and airborne illnesses are a threat to your primary purpose of helping people get well. To ensure your healthcare facility is as safe as possible from patient infections, rely on indoor air quality (IAQ) solutions.
Our commercial HVAC company partners with healthcare institutions across the nation, providing products and systems that make their facilities safer. Whether we’re working in a rural hospital or at a well-known urban medical center, we offer innovative designs to ensure that healthcare teams can effectively deliver care to vulnerable patients.
The projects we’ve chosen to highlight demonstrate our commitment to tangible and effective solutions for healthcare buildings like yours.
Commercial HVAC For St. Luke’s Nampa Medical Center’s Surgical Theaters
St. Luke’s Nampa is a community hospital in Idaho that provides comprehensive healthcare for Canyon County, including cancer care, physician clinics, and rehabilitation.
Our commercial HVAC contractors were asked to enhance this hospital’s surgical theaters for optimal filtered airflow. Consistent clean air and air changes are essential for preventing infection during surgery.
To directly meet this community hospital’s goal, we ensured indoor air quality success with our SS-CARES ceiling system. This diffuser system filters air into the surgical theater, provides overhead lighting for surgery teams, and even includes equipment mounting and a low-plenum design to maximize space. This system’s intuitive and critical features completely reimagined how St. Luke’s Nampa provides a safe surgical experience.

A Surgical Theater In New York City Also Required Our SS-CARES
Much like our work for St. Luke’s Nampa, a hospital system across the country asked us to assist them with their new operating room. We were honored to serve New York-Presbyterian Hospital, which is known for its state-of-the-art educational programs, research, and clinical facilities.
For their customized version of our SS-CARES ceiling system, we also supplied support for medical equipment and LED lighting, along with a uniquely sized grid of ceiling diffusers to ensure waves of filtered air protect patients and staff during surgery. New York-Presbyterian chose our green LED lighting, which reduces glare as surgeons focus on critical procedures, including those that save lives.

Cancer Patients Benefit From Commercial HVAC Solutions At the University Of Kansas
Immunocompromised patients are particularly vulnerable to the threat of hospital-acquired infections. The University of Kansas Hospital (KU Med) reprioritized an entire floor of their facility to help patients receive chemotherapy and radiation treatment in a protective environment.
Our commercial HVAC company stepped in to help these patients with a safe place for healing. We installed signature AJ Manufacturing products, such as our SSLF Series Laminar Flow Ceiling Diffusers. These diffusers are extraordinarily well-designed to deliver precise curtains of clean air right where they need to be. Our diffusers are also customizable, including features like antimicrobial epoxy powder coating and gel-sealed HEPA filters for additional protection against infection.
