Here’s a reminder that if you ever have any questions at all, there’s a quick and easy way to get answers fast – just use the “Chat Live” function on our website.
During normal business hours, you’ll see two small symbols at the lower right of the screen: a chat bubble in orange that says, “Chat live with an agent now!” with a blue circle underneath. Just click on the circle and a text box will open. Then just type your message field to start the conversation.
If it’s after business hours or no one is available, you’ll see “offline.” But you can still ask a question or make a comment. Just but sure to enter your name and email address or phone number, and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
