We handle all the engineering, including structural and lighting calculations, prefabrication of all components and management of the entire installation process. This includes coordination with all necessary trades (electrical, fire protection, medical gas and others), as well as with all equipment manufacturers. We will also work with your architects and/or engineers, and with your preferred equipment companies and representatives.
Our new OR-360 solution offers all the major advantages of modular construction – for both the ceiling and wall systems – compared to traditional stick-built construction. Speed and cost savings are significant benefits, as ceiling and wall systems can be constructed up to 50% faster off-site, drastically reducing labor costs, and can be completed simultaneously with on-site preparations for additional time savings.
Manufacturing in a controlled factory environment also greatly improves quality, as repetitive tasks are completed by a trained and experienced workforce. The factory setting also allows for consistent quality checks that are often not completed in the field. In addition, factory construction eliminates the impact of local labor shortages and weather-related delays.
