As part of our ongoing effort to better serve the needs of clean room environments, we now offer customized, pressurized fan plenums with our ceiling systems. Ideal for semiconductor manufacturing, laboratories and other clean room applications, these custom plenums feature HEPA laminar arrays that can be free standing or hung above the process areas.
The plenums are factory-wired for power and controls for each assembly, utilizing energy-efficient EC fans which allow options for BACnet or modbus communication. The use of multiple fans allows for redundancy to assure uptime of clean room spaces, while producing low noise levels to meet sound requirements.
Our pressurized plenums arrive with the integral ceiling grid attached for ease of installation. The ceiling is walkable, allowing for maintenance of fans from either above or below. Each plenum can be customized to meet the individual needs of any clean room space, including insulated plenum options when required.
