• Standard orders that have not been entered can be changed or cancelled without any cost.
   
• Standard orders that have been entered but are not in process can be changed or cancelled subject to a $50 change order/ cancellation charge.
   
• Standard orders that have been entered and are in process cannot be changed or cancelled. Only shipping information will be changed.
